Great Living Experience

We have lived at Longfellow Lofts for 2 years, and we have been extremely happy with our time here. The apartments are stunningly ... designed with high quality counters and appliances. There were no serious maintenance issues to worry about. The apartment stayed warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The theater in the historic building and courtyard grill and firepit are amazing amenities that we made great use of for movie nights and small gatherings. Also, the apartment complex has a great dog and dog owner community! In our 9 years living in Madison, Tammy has been our most responsive and helpful property manager. She has always been flexible with any requests we have, and her community events were a great way to meet our friends in the complex. Any maintenance issue we had was dealt with within 24 hours. On a personal level, she’s so friendly we plan on visiting her after we move out. We would strongly recommend longfellow lofts to anyone who is interested.
